Eero P. Brillantes
Taga Kumpas ng Kumpanya (President and Chief Executive Officer)
Eero is the chief nurturer of the dynamic Mind Bullet team. He handles account management and oversees the strategic activities at the office. He is the resident spin doctor and manages the one day strategy session for clients.
Eero took up his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication at the University of the Philippines (UP). He pursued his Masters Program at the Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication (AIJC). His experience spans 18 years as communications specialist for various non-profits and government agencies. He drew first blood in the corporate world by working for COMMWAYS PR -an affiliate of Edelman Worldwide and Corporate Image Dimensions.
On the political front, he provides media relations work and strategy to a Senator, three district congressmen, and four incumbent party list groups.
Geraldine T. Brillantes
Taga Kumpas ng Operasyon (Chief Operating Officer)
Girly is the main reason why Mind Bullet really ticks every day. Eero, for the most part deals with broad strokes while Girly translates everything into action on a daily grind as the task master. She makes sure that all requirements of clients are taken cared of come hell or high water. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. She is taking up her Masters degree in Technology Management also at UP. She is one heck of a video documentary artist too. Thirty-seven full blown videos are currently tucked under her belt covering various topics such as the environment, indigenous peoples, and human rights. She was awarded "Best Director" for her "Sa Ngalan ng Mina II" (In The Name of Mining II) at the 2007 Moonrise Festival. Her "Sa Ngalan ng Mina" series on the ill effects of mining on indigenous peoples and the environment are shown in far-flung communities where large scale mining activities exist.
Ella Kristina D. Coronel
Taga-Saliksik (Director for Research and Web Presence)
Kaye has the innate talent of producing methods and schemes for anything you wish to know thus making her Mind Bullet's resident researcher. A decade of experience in social and communication research, Kaye's research skills have been tested in various issues such as coffee, training needs, climate change effects, students and politics, the police and text messaging, conflict resolution and at present, international rice research. Kaye can help you describe, analyze, evaluate and determine, or even create impacts. At the same time, Kaye's passion is client-servicing. Recently, she is into marketing new media. She has been assisting Les, in creating markets for stylish yet user-friendly websites. This interest in research and websites paved the way to secure methods for web presence optimization. Kaye has been part of the brains and content of two Anvil Awards public relations materials awardee (De La Salle Lipa 's President Report for 2003-2004, In his element and 2004-2005, Ad Vincula), and an internationally presented paper, PNP Text 2920: A communication perpective. Kaye has a Master's in Communication Research degree from University of the Philippines Diliman and AB Sociology degree also from the University of the Philippines.
Nestor R. Mijares
Taga Suyo (Accounts Director)
Toby loves to talk and make friends. He has this knack to either convince you or at least confuse you into submission. So it came to pass that he was asked to join Mind Bullet as Accounts Director. He brings with him a succinct level of experience in accounts management. His exposure to different business ventures he dabbled in has made him sharp at generating business for the company.
He finished his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Kalayaan College. He was able to lead his team to win the grand prize of Globe Telecom's "Globe G-nius Search for the Great G-Cash Idea". Their business plan "4-G's which includes today's G-Pass in the Metro Rail Transit was the official entry.
Toby, an entrepreneur by heart, owns Serapis's Garden and Florals Unlimited, creating the most unique and up-to-date floral designs and landscapes for weddings and corporate events. A vertically integrated business he co-owns is Advent Sound and Stage Lighting.
His advocacy includes Little League Baseball (International Little League Association of Manila).
Suffice to say wherever he goes he carries a big stick. That's probably why he is good at clinching deals.
Angely Meggi M. Gayod
Taga Isip ng mga Gimik (Events Director)
Meg is a young vibrant individual who is full of dedication and passion for Mind Bullet. With her inclination to net surfing and outfitted dazzling ideas she can modestly transform a simple event into a vivacious one. As a fresh blood in the industry, Meg is prepared to swim the vast ocean to hone her talents and to exude excellence to her craft. She is equipped with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from De La Salle. During her formative years at the university she was part of a team that produced "Ala Eh, Dine Laang Are Sa Taal " (a video documentary), TRESE (a short film), and Tears Behind Laughters (a music video).
Les dM. Coronel
Tagapag Likha (Creative Director)
Les has the goal of producing a creative culture, and the place to translate this is Mind Bullet. Les is one of the few who can perfectly mesh art and science. He can magically come up with unique visuals, by tapping his intuition and methods. He has been drawing and creating images since he was five years old, and has been delving with graphic designs since the installation of graphic softwares 20 years ago. An artist and a visionary, he studied computer programming in AMA Computer College and has been an independent design professional since 1998. Recently, he was able to produce the websites, corporate identity images and prints for various organizations such as planetgimik.com, The Promoting English Proficiency project (PEP) and the Who Murdered English (WME) campaign of the American Chamber of Commerce and the Makati Business Club, the Opthalmology Department of the Philippine General Hospital, Prime Technology Speciaists Inc., the Philippine Nautical and Technical College. Les never fails to please his clients, that is why they always come back for his expertise and sometimes advise.
